Simply bespoke …

We are always interested in trying new things to meet the expectations of our clients.  The Royal Scotsman is well known to us as one of Scotland’s premier attractions, and booking Suellen and Anne on the Classic four night excursion was simple enough.

A moving tea break

“What a fantastic week Anne and I have had!  The Royal Scotsman was out of this world; I don’ t think I have ever eaten as much food as I did on that trip.  Absolutely everything about it was incredible.  The service, the food, the excursions … really, really fabulous.”

Suellen then wanted to spend a couple of nights in Edinburgh after the train journey, but not in a conventional hotel.  We came up with a gem for her, the exquisite Michelin Star 21212 Restaurant with rooms perched on the side of Calton Hill overlooking the north of the city.  Then we added our ever increasing list of ‘things to do and see in Edinburgh’.

Restaurant with rooms – and a view

“Edinburgh has also been wonderful and we managed to squeeze in so much in the 3 days we spent there.  The hotel 21212 is also a real experience with outstanding service and phenomenal food.  I thought you might enjoy some photos of our week, including one of me with Paul, the chef and owner of 21212.

Thanks again for all your help and recommendations.”
