LTR specialises in arranging all the details of your corporate event and ‘opening doors’ to places and events not normally accessible. We find discreet venues for hotel weary businessmen who need to escape the fast pace of the worlds major cities or simply want to impress their clients in England, Scotland and Ireland.
Carefully selected for their locations, all the houses and castles are within easy reach of an airport and yet offer a rare glimpse of a bygone era, which involves cosy grandeur. Situated in extensive grounds and usually surrounded by large estates, these luxury venues represent what is most precious about the UK. Architecturally diverse and all filled with fabulous contents, they allow guests to relax in the most stunning of surroundings. Business can be best when combined with pleasure and these houses and castles were built for entertaining.
LTR will not only ensure that our guests receive the finest service at these luxury venues but will arrange every other facet of their stay from their ground transportation to tee times and any other specialist needs.
We are used to unusual and last minute requests and are seasoned at making the impossible happen! Most properties have wireless broadband connections and are best suited to small groups of business people who appreciate the more relaxed surroundings. On completion of their talks, guests can either roam the estate or indulge in a myriad of different country pursuits from shooting, fishing and riding to sightseeing, whisky tastings, shopping and many other fun activities.
The key factor that almost every departing guest reiterates to us, is the joy of staying in a private home of character rather than a bland hotel that could be anywhere! We have arranged small conferences and board meetings for a number of banks, which usually span 3 days and involve a lot more recreation than work.
If guests wish to dine in other castles, this can easily be arranged. Large corporate parties have been accommodated in one of the major hotels and then use a castle for a grand final dinner, a ladies luncheon or as a venue for a sporting event. Either way we will ensure that your corporate event is special. Almost all of the UK and Ireland’s luxury venues are suitable for corporate events.
