The 18 month meticulous refurbishment project has ensured that each of the bedrooms meet the highest standards for comfort and practicality, while the public rooms retain the rich historical heritage gleaned since the Maitlands first built the original Tower house in the 15th century.
The marriage of the state rooms with their centuries old paintings, arts and antiques to the modern finish of the 11 luxurious bedrooms creates a remarkable experience of state-of-the art facilities in a truly historic context.

The Hamilton wing consists of three en-suite rooms, the Queen Mary Suite contains two en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room, the Duchess of Lennox Suite in the Tower contains the Duke and Duchess's bedroom, a sitting room and a shared bathroom, and the Tower Suite, on the top floor is home to two bedrooms which also share a bathroom.
It's not just the bedrooms which are impressive. The state and function rooms are equally welcoming and are ideal to host private, corporate events or wedding venue. The majestic Great Hall and the Undercroft, the 20th century room, the Oak Room and the Blue and Yellow State Rooms, each steeped in history and bursting with a story to be told.
