Park has been hosting business and private parties for a number of years and is well known for its beauty and exclusivity. There are no public roads within the 3000 acre estate and the house sits in the most wonderful position overlooking the famous River Dee. Extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and full of lovely posessions, Park is a treasure!
Park is a magnificent Georgian house situated in a convenient position just 12 miles west of Aberdeen, and is surrounded by magnificent trees. The famous River Dee is only a few minutes walk from the house and offers some of the finest salmon fishing in Scotland.
Park offers eight lovely bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, direct dial telephones and televisions with satellite channels. Park has a full size billiards room and tennis court for guests to enjoy.
Park is ‘let’ on a fully staffed and catered basis to a very high standard. All meals, are included in the rental price.
Fishing
Fishing for 6 rods on the Park Beat, which is among the finest in Scotland and provides some superb fly water. The north bank is reserved for house guests only and includes the services of an estate ghillie. Park is one of the great fly fishing experiences.
Shooting
The traditional cover shoot at Park is renowned for its lovely setting and exciting drives, including four over the River Dee. The Old Stables and the Backwash Bank drives are among the memorable ones. There is also a much sought after muzzle loading weekend in early November which is becoming very popular.
Other Activities
Every August Park runs the CountrySports Academy weeks which provide a unique holiday for parents and children (over 12) with full tuition in all aspects of country sports, including shooting and fishing.
